Nanyang Aroma Tea is an online tea shop for tea lovers in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. “Nanyang” – the South Seas – is the name generations of Chinese communities gave to this region, and tea has travelled with them ever since: from family dim sum tables and kopitiam mornings to quiet gongfu sessions at home.
Our story
We started Nanyang Aroma Tea with a simple idea: make good Chinese tea easy to discover, easy to understand and easy to brew in our tropical climate. We select pu-erh, oolong, green, black and white teas, floral teas and practical teaware, and we explain each one in plain language – where it comes from, how it tastes, and exactly how to brew it.
