Semi-handmade: the body is formed in a plaster mould and then refined by hand – trimming, joining the spout and handle, and burnishing. Consistent in shape and good value for daily use.
Recommended Teas
Ripe pu-erh, black tea and aged white tea
Before First Use
Rinse the pot inside and out with hot water, then soak it in clean hot water for a short while and let it dry. Brew and discard a first pot of the tea you plan to use. See our Tea Education article on seasoning a new pot.
Care
Empty the leaves after each session, rinse with clean hot water only (no detergent) and air-dry with the lid off. Ideally dedicate each pot to one type of tea. Handmade items vary slightly in colour and capacity; photos are for reference.
